Rehabilitation is a critical part of long-term recovery after injury, surgery, or a period of reduced activity. Without a structured programme, it’s easy to return too soon — risking re-injury, developing compensatory movement patterns, or never fully regaining your previous level of function.

At Ashton Sports Therapy, rehabilitation is built around you. We start with a thorough assessment of your injury, movement quality, and personal goals, then design a progressive programme that develops strength, stability, and confidence at a pace your body can handle. Every session is purposeful — progressing your recovery in a way that prepares you for the specific demands of your sport, job, or daily life.

Whether you’re recovering from a muscle strain, ligament injury, joint surgery, or an overuse condition, our approach addresses the root cause rather than just managing symptoms. We guide you through every stage of recovery — from early load management and restoring range of motion, through to strength rebuilding, movement re-training, and full return to activity.

Rehabilitation sessions are available on a 1-2-1 basis for focused, individual attention, or as part of a small group for those who benefit from a more social, coached environment. We also provide bespoke programmes for those who prefer to follow a structured plan independently between sessions.

Rehabilitation sessions use the same appointment structure as sports treatment — 55 minutes (£55) or 25 minutes (£30) — with block bookings of four sessions available at a reduced rate.
